One Plus Partnership Biography
壹正企划创立于2004年，是一家位于中国香港的室内设计公司，由罗灵杰和龙慧祺联合创立并担任设计总监。设计涵盖不同室内场景，如：影剧院、餐厅、零售店、会所、销售中心和商业办公室。
One Plus Partnership Ltd is a Hong Kong-based interior design firm established in 2004 by directors Ajax Law and Virginia Lung. They designed a variety of projects, including cinemas and other venues such as restaurants, retail stores, clubhouses, sales offices and commercial offices.

壹正企划所设计的每一个项目都是以主题概念来驱动的空间延展，这就意味着设计师必须要寻找一个与之相匹配的主题，并将空间中的每一个细节和元素都融入主题设计之中。他们对于设计的目标是不断超越之前的自己，并尽一切可能成为唯一的设计。在过去的18年里，壹正企划共获得780个国际室内设计奖项。
Every project One Plus designed must be THEME DRIVEN, which means the designers will search for a theme matches the project and trying to involve related elements into every details. Their goal is to surmount the previous project we designed, they are aiming to be as unique as possible, be the one and only design in the world. Over the past 18 years, One Plus has been awarded more than 780 international interior design awards globally.

In worldwide achievements, One Plus was awarded Best in 10 Award in Best of Year Awards, as the best design in the previous decade. One Plus was also the sole winner of Andrew Martin International Interior Designer of the 2012 Year Award.

壹正企划取得如此骄人的成绩离不开创始人龙慧祺和罗灵杰的合力经营。在龙慧祺与罗灵杰的合作中，他们设计的室内项目包括80多家电影院、餐厅、零售店以及会所，至今已经获得780个国际奖项。
In addition, with the founders efforts, One Plus Partnership obtain such a proud achievement. They cooperated and designed a variety of projects, including more than 80 cinemas and other venues such as restaurants, retail stores, and clubhouse. They total number of international awards has accumulated to over 780.

2016年壹正企划获得香港文化产业协会颁发的文化创意大奖，至此壹正企划被官方认可为过去5年获得最多国际奖项的中国香港室内设计公司，在中国香港和世界范围内建立了重要地位。
In 2016, One Plus was awarded the Cultural & Creativity Awards by the Hong Kong Association of Cultural Industries. One Plus has established a significant status in both Hong Kong and overseas, it’s officially recognized as the Hong Kong design company that has received the most international awards in the last 5 years.

The Awakening of Design in a CitySalute to the “City of Design” Application of United Nations for ChongqingDesign Chongqing Biennale 人类正经历一场数百年未遇的“重新进化”浪潮！元宇宙的横空出世、碳中和碳达峰的掷地有声都是这场“重新进化”浪潮的微观缩影与宏观叙事。
Mankind is experiencing a wave of “R-EVOLUTION”, which has not been seen in hundreds of years! The birth of metaverse, the overwhelming influence of carbon neutrality and peak carbon dioxide emissions, are both micro epitomes and macro narrations of this wave.《牛津词典》中“EVOLUTION进化”原意是将卷在一起（内卷）的东西打开，亦指任何事物由简单到复杂、由低级到高级的生长、变化与发展。在这场人类命运共同体进化浪潮中，设计迎来了什么？The original meaning of “EVOLUTION” in the Oxford Dictionary is to open the things rolled together (involution). It also refers to the growth, change and development of anything from simplicity to complexity, from low-level to high-level. What will design encounter in this evolutionary wave of the community with a shared future for mankind.毋庸置疑，这是设计的黄金时代，亦是设计产业的糟糕年代。疫情的肆意狂虐房地产的暴风骤雨给了激进的设计产业当头棒喝，混沌、内卷、迷茫、无力、困惑、彷徨充斥着整个产业。Undoubtedly, these are both good and bad times of the design industry. The rampant pandemic and the storm of real estate have hit the radical design industry. Chaos, involution, confusion, powerlessness, and hesitation are full of the whole industry.
此时此地，“R-EVOLUTION重新进化”已经成为必然的思考。整个行业被动慢下来不正是“规律”给出的最好反思机会吗？反思设计的初心是什么，反思设计产业的原点与未来是什么，在反思中重新进化，从人出发，从设计文化本体出发，重新审视设计应有的价值与养成之道，重新思考美丽乡村重新进化、美好城市重新进化、设计簇群重新进化、生活方式重新进化……这是举办首届“设计重庆双年展”的发心。Now, “R-EVOLUTION” has become an inevitable thinking. The passive slowing down of the whole industry provides the best opportunity for self-reflection given by the “law”. After reflections on the original intention of design, the starting point and future of the design industry, we will r-evolve. Starting from people and the noumenon of design culture, we can re-examine the due value and cultivation of design, re-think the R-EVOLUTION of beautiful villages, cities, design clusters and lifestyles. This is the original intention for holding Design Chongqing Biennale.
当确定“R-EVOLUTION重新进化”作为设计重庆双年展的主题后，惊人的发现去掉“-”这个连接符即为EVOLUTION革命，代表重大意义的或彻底的变化。
After determining “R-EVOLUTION” as the theme of Design Chongqing Biennale, it is amazing to find that removing the “-” is the EVOLUTION, which means significant or radical changes.是的，首届设计重庆双年展是“一座城市设计觉醒”的革命，号召所有有温度、有态度、有理想的设计师们站起来，在重庆创建联合国“设计之都”的关键时期，基于“山水之城、美丽之地”的城市母体，秉持开放的视野、执业的初心、天生为美的信念追踪重庆在全球语境下的社会变革与设计趋势，从全球与在地、时间与空间、人文与视觉、观念与技术、保护与发展、生态与美学、传统与先锋、多样性与共同体等新时代议题出发，通过展览、装置、峰会论坛、文献集等形式实现跨领域、多维度、高层次的设计融合与联通，重新找到设计的生命，重新定义设计的价值，重新进化设计的人生。Yes, the first Design Chongqing Biennale is a revolution of “awakening the design in a city”. It calls on all designers with humanity, attitude and ideals to stand up, in this critical time when Chongqing applies for the “City of Design” of the United Nations.
